In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting z7gam support via live chat or email. z7gam may close or suspend your account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at z7gam's sole discretion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"). This requirement specifies the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. • Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. • Each game operates using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification ensures that every game outcome is statistically random and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of your bet, your account history, or any other variable.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, z7gam's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

Unauthorised use of z7gam's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability. z7gam actively monitors for and pursues infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7gam's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z7gam shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside z7gam's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a player's own breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

z7gam collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on z7gam, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
